  • The Coaching Process

      While every coaching relationship has its own specific needs, structure, and expectations, our coaching process involves the following key elements:

      Introduction and Contracting - Coaching starts with the introductory interview allowing you and John to ask each other questions and become comfortable with one another. You and John discuss the current reality and desired outcomes. If a fit is established, a coaching agreement is signed.

      Planning and Needs Analysis - You and John meet further to examine needs such as: employee challenges, work/life balance considerations, career goals, etc. Areas of highest-priority are established. The two of you agree upon the roles, boundaries, meeting requirements, meeting times and confidentiality.

      Assessment - Behavioral, attitudinal, and skill-based information about you is gathered. With the use of proven assessment instruments, in-depth interviews of the individual, our company is able to provide you with objective information to build an action plan.

      Strategy Development - Focusing on the identified areas for support and development, critical issues, potential roadblocks and essential behaviors are identified. Priorities are re-evaluated and the action plan is written. This plan focuses on key developmental objectives and includes measurable results and time targets.

      Implementation - Through frequent contact, transformational thinking, practice and feedback, the desired behavior and goals are achieved.

      Closure - A follow-up evaluation is conducted, results are compared with established objectives and generating a coaching effectiveness report. Closure interview is conducted. You and John create a "continued learning" plan. This follow-through plan helps you lock in the progress you have made on initial developmental areas and identifies other areas for improvement.

  • Our Executive Coaching Structure Involves:

    • An initial face-to-face meeting.
    • Three scheduled telephone sessions per month ranging from 40-60 minutes.
    • E-mail support Monday-Friday for any time-sensitive professional issues that might need to be discussed.
    • Response time within 24 hours.
    • Additional face-to-face meetings, when necessary.
    • A safe and confidential relationship.
